SIAL Paris 2022 continues with the theme "Own the change" launched in 2020, SIAL Paris starts this new edition under the motto of renewal and change. Ponthier, a family company founded in Corrèze in 1946, is a historical figure in the local fruit market. Inventor of the first range of vacuum-cooked chestnuts, in the 1980s, it developed a range of frozen red fruits grown in the region.
