It is certainly no coincidence that the previous edition attracted 42,000 professional visitors from 128 different countries, thereby confirming its international status.

SIAL Paris 2026, the world's largest food innovation exhibition, will open its doors from October 17 to 21, 2026, at Paris Nord Villepinte.
